  1. Customization and Orders: CHOMEX builds each home specifically for you, based on your order specifications. Due to this custom nature, we do not provide returns or cancellations once the order has been placed.
  2. Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances may change. Therefore, we offer a 72-hour cancellation window from the time of placing the order. Should you wish to cancel your order within this timeframe, please contact us immediately.
  3. Site Readiness: It is the homeowner's responsibility to ensure that the site is ready for delivery. We strongly advise obtaining site and foundation plans as needed to facilitate a smooth delivery process. If the site is not ready during the scheduled delivery, additional charges may apply for storage and reattempted delivery.
  4. Delivery Clearance: The homeowner is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and clear of any obstacles. This includes ensuring adequate clearance for the delivery truck, such as overhead wires, tree branches, and other obstructions.
  5. Location Assessment: To assist you in assessing any potential obstacles at your delivery location, please email us your final location on Google Maps. This will help us ensure a successful delivery and setup process.
