Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations: We primarily serve the USA market and offer shipping nationwide to all locations accessible by truck. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your location request, and we will assess the feasibility of shipping to your destination.

Free Shipping: We provide free shipping to all destinations within the USA where a truck can reach your site. Please ensure that your site is accessible without obstacles such as overhead wires, utility poles, or tree branches.

Shipping Method: We ship our container homes via tilt flatbed trucks, which roll the container down onto the delivery site. Crane service can be arranged upon request for an additional quote.

Site Preparation: To facilitate smooth delivery, please ensure that your site is prepared with a suitable foundation, such as a cement bed or stone base, ready to receive the container home.

Delivery Timeframe: Once your order details are finalized, it will take approximately 15 days for production. Delivery times vary depending on location, with an estimated 14-21 days for delivery to the East Coast and approximately 28 days for delivery to the West Coast.

Delivery Scheduling: Prior to final delivery, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery date within a 5-hour window for the day of delivery.

Tracking Information: As our shipments are not handled by traditional courier services, tracking numbers are not provided. However, we will keep you updated on every step of the shipping process, including order confirmation, shipment to port, estimated time of arrival at the USA port, arrival at port, and coordination with the trucking company for final delivery.

Damage Insurance: We are insured for any damage that may occur during shipping. Please note that minor shipping marks on the corners and bottom of the container may be present due to the nature of transportation.

Storage and Re-Delivery: In the event that delivery is unsuccessful due to unpreparedness at the drop site, storage fees of $50 per day may apply. Re-delivery will be arranged at an additional cost depending on the location.
