Refund policy

Due to the personalized nature of our container homes, CHOMEX does not provide returns or cancellations once an order has been placed. However, we understand that circumstances may change, so we offer a 72-hour cancellation window from the time of placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order within this timeframe, please contact us immediately. Beyond this window, orders are considered final and cannot be canceled or returned. We appreciate your understanding.

Price Lock & Pre-Development Deposits

In some cases, CHOMEX may accept a deposit solely to lock in a quoted price or to begin preliminary work such as discussing layouts, customizations, engineering, permitting, financing, or other pre-construction planning. These deposits are accepted with the understanding that manufacturing has not yet begun.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, such deposits are not automatically non-refundable. If the customer decides not to proceed before production has commenced, any refund will be determined according to the specific written agreement between CHOMEX and the customer. CHOMEX reserves the right to deduct any costs already incurred for design, engineering, permitting, consulting, administrative work, or other services performed on the customer's behalf as per agreement with customer.

Once manufacturing or procurement for the home has begun, the order is considered a custom order and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund, except as required by applicable law.
